Summary:

  • Participating in events is at your own risk.
  • Your booking will turn into a registration as soon as we have received your payment. Until then, your booking will be put on the waiting list for the event. Your booking will be cancelled if you do not pay within 14 days.
  • Up until 4 weeks before the event, you can cancel your registration free of charge. If you cancel at a later moment, we can only refund a part of the price.
  • You can always request us to make an exception. We will give this our personal attention.
  • If half or less of the available spots have been filled, we might have to decide to cancel the event – this is to secure the quality and fun of our events. We will communicate this at least a week before the event. Registred players will get their payments returned.
  • If we have to cancel an event unexpectedly, you will always get your payment returned.
  • We always try our best to make each event a great one! We’re always grateful to take all feedback, recommendations and advice into consideration for future events.
  • We’d like to use pictures taken during the events for our website! We also appreciate it if you’d like to write a review and share your experiences with your friends.
